In order to improve the communicate ability and enrich negotiation skills of our salesmen,last Saturday(16th/May),Lintel held a training activities on subject of Whole Brain Test and Customer Relationship,sales manager Wendy Wang is the speaker.

 

  During the training,manager Wang using many cases and easy words to explain the Whole Brain Test Model and the characteristics about four kinds of personalities.Further to teach us how to deal with the above four personalities.Meanwhile,everyone through this test know the characteristics of its own.Manager Wang bring us a brand-new way in how to analyze customers and know their real demand through communication.

 

After the training,everyone not only get a more comprehensive understanding about itself,but also says they will use this way to learn more about customers and choose a correct way to communicate,bring them a perfect service experience.
