Large Format SEG Light Box Structure for 4×4m Displays

Designed at 4000mm wide × 4000mm high, this large format SEG light box creates a substantial square-format illuminated surface for exhibition backwalls, feature walls and large branded environments. The balanced 4×4m format provides extensive graphic coverage in both width and height for projects requiring greater visual scale.

The large format SEG frame uses a 240mm-deep double-sided structure built from modular 120mm profiles, providing the structural format required for the 4m-high light box while retaining the modular assembly advantages of the SEGPRO® platform.

The modular construction also provides a practical solution for large format SEG frames that need to be transported, assembled and reused across exhibition projects.

Tool-Free Modular Light Box Assembly

Although the finished SEG light box reaches 4m in both width and height, the structure is divided into modular frame sections for easier installation and transport. Self-locking components, dedicated fasteners and plug-in electrical connections simplify on-site assembly without conventional installation tools.
