One of the most frequently asked questions in show Guide is how to assemble a pop up display rack, one of our most popular.

At trade shows and other events, a pop up display racks are a great solution because they can be easily put up without the need for tools.

This step by step guide looks at how to pop rack assembly. Please click on the image below to enlarge or view the assembly video to see the entire process:

Step 1: Pull out the accordion frame

First, simply pull out the accordion frame, making sure the shader node is at the top of the pop up display. Make sure the magnetic lock arm clicks into place to keep the bracket firm.

Step 2: Connect the magnetic bar

After this, you will need to attach magnetic bars, which will give strength to the frame and allow the graphics to be attached. These need to be added to each quadrant of the frame where the graphics are needed, including behind the frame for the D-end graphics.

Step 3: Expand the figure

The most important part of assembling a pop up display is connecting the graphics correctly. Starting from the d-end graphic on the left side of the display, carefully expand the graphic to its full length.

Step 4: Connect the graphics to the frame

You then need to connect the graph and hang it on the node. You may need to move the graphic further down the panel and guide the hanger to reach the top of the pop up display.

Step 5: Smooth the pattern on the magnetic bar

Attach the figure to the magnetic stripe smoothly, making sure it is on one side of the center line of the magnetic stripe. When this is done, you can attach the next panel using the same process.

Step 6: Repeat the process to arrange the shapes

Then, simply repeat the process for each panel to make sure they are all lined up correctly.
